By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Age Requirement
The App is intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe a person under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@confidence.app.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
Information you provide directly:
- Account information, such as your name, email address, and password
- Profile information you choose to add
- Content you create within the App, such as journal entries, goals, progress logs, or responses to exercises
- Communications you send to us, such as support requests or feedback
Payment information:
- Subscription payments are processed by third-party payment processors: Stripe, Inc. (for purchases through our website or external checkout), Apple (for in-app purchases on Apple devices), or Google (for in-app purchases on Android devices). Your payment card details are provided directly to the applicable payment processor; we do not collect or store your full payment card number. We receive limited billing information from these processors, such as your subscription status and transaction history, in order to manage your subscription. Each processor’s handling of your information is governed by its own privacy policy: Stripe, Apple, and Google.
Information collected automatically:
- Device information (device type, operating system, unique device identifiers)
- Usage data (features used, time spent in the App, interaction patterns)
- Crash reports and diagnostic data
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the App
- Personalize your experience and track your progress
- Respond to your questions and support requests
- Improve the App’s features, performance, and content
- Ensure the security of the App and prevent misuse
- Comply with legal obligations
4. No Selling or Sharing with Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.
Your information remains with us and is used only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. The only exceptions are:
- Service providers: We use a small number of trusted service providers who process information on our behalf and only as necessary to operate the App. Currently, this is limited to our payment processors — Stripe, Inc., Apple, and Google — which process subscription payments as described in Section 2. Our service providers may not use your information for their own marketing purposes.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Confidence App Inc., our users, or others.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
5. Data Storage and Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit and at rest, and access controls based on the principle of least privilege.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with the App’s services and for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. When you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within thirty (30) days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Object to or restrict certain processing of your information
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@confidence.app. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.
8. Children’s Privacy
As stated above, the App is not intended for and may not be used by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
